I will work to identify and successfully meet the challenges and changes in our county by:

• Working with our merchants and our communities to help define our Vision : Who we are, Where we want to go and how to get there

• Involving a broad and diverse spectrum of citizens on the various County commissions and advisory boards
• Recruiting  broadly inside and outside the county for a diverse pool of qualified candidates for key positions
• Recruit externally for a seasoned professional in government management for the position of County Manager when it becomes available
